Spelling - We will not have a spelling list this week.

Phonics - In Fundations we continue to work on the glued sounds -ank, -ink, -onk, and -unk.  In Heggerty we have been learning about r-controlled vowels.  (We call it the Bossy R.)  The r controls the vowel sound.  

Reading

Math - We finished up Module 5.  We worked on story problems with parts unknown.

Religion - December 8th we celebrated the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary with mass and muffins with moms.  In our classroom we worked on The Hail Mary.  We also made one decade rosaries.
